How coaching works
Working together involves a minimum 3 month commitment.
Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, 60 or 90 minutes in length based on your need.
Fees
UK Based Clients: 60 min session: £200
Canada Based Clients: 60 min session: $300 +HST

A free 30-minute Zoom call where you'll get to know Emily and discuss your executive challenges and leadership goals.

A paid 90-minute session to experience coaching firsthand, commitment-free. You'll explore Emily's coaching approach, key executive ADHD principles, and your leadership goals.

Regular 60-minute or 90-minute coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) with collaborative goal setting and between-session check-ins.

Option to continue coaching after the initial 3-month program with flexible frequency to suit your needs.
