A paid 90-minute session to experience coaching firsthand before committing to a program. You'll get to know your coach, explore key ADHD principles, and discuss your goals. Together, we'll decide if you'd like to continue and agree on next steps.

Regular 60-minute coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) to meet your highest goals and develop and implement personalized ADHD strategies.
Collaborative foal setting and between session check-ins to maintain momentum.
