How will we work together?

  • Our first session is an hour and a half. We’ll explore key ADHD concepts, get to know each other, and explore your goals and the outcomes you’d like from Coaching.

  • From there, we will meet regularly at a length and frequency based on your need. Each session, you’ll bring a topic or goal that you want to move forward with.
